Our membership program is a discount plan to make dental care more affordable. Just enroll, schedule, and save money towards your perfect smile. The annual plan fee must be paid in full at the time of membership activation and renews annually on the anniversary date. Membership plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. The payment for treatment is due at the time services are rendered. The plan cannot be used in combination with any other insurances or discounts. Discounts cannot be applied to treatment referred to another provider or specialist at our office or any other offices. In-office dental membership programs and plans featured on this website are NOT INSURANCE. In-office dental membership programs and plans are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act. Maximum discount off Invisalign for individuals with a Healing Tooth membership plan is $500 off the fee schedule. Annual membership automatically renews every year on the patient's anniversary date.
